An excellent shop that I would highly recommend. I recently bought a wetsuit from Zuma Jay, which, after use, developed a slight manufacturer defect. Without hesitation, Zuma Jay offered to replace the suit, even offering the (more expensive) top of the range model at the same price. The new suit was posted within 24 hours of receiving my request, and ZJ covered all postage costs. All in all, a great experience with excellent communication from Olly and the team.

Purchased a wetsuit this weekend the lady that served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was fantastic and when we paid we were given the wetsuit in a really lovely tote bag and we were given and amazing recommendation about a place to get milkshake.

Great shop and very good staff. I bought a short sleeved wetsuit from them years ago and it’s still great. Even though the shop was closing at the end of the day, they were still patient and helpful to me, a disabled man with challenges. I will go there again when I’m down in Cornwall, but I just have to say that you can rely on Zuma Jay.

We recently rented two wetsuits and two bodyboards from Zuma Jays in Bude, and the experience was fantastic! The wetsuits were top-notch—super warm and comfortable—and the bodyboards were of excellent quality. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend Zuma Jays to anyone looking for quality gear and outstanding service. Can't wait for our next visit!

Great customer service! went in looking for a new surf board, staff guided me with different types of boards that i might like, tried out a few boards till i found the perfect one for me.

I then managed to damage my board few weeks in, took it back to Zuma Jay and they got it fixed up and back in the sea within a couple weeks!

Called in for some expert wetsuit advice, and wasn’t disappointed. Very helpful sales person, never pushy and just wanted to make sure that the fit was right. Ended up buying the wetsuit and a new fleece. Will definitely return for future purchases, especially wetsuits. Great job all round, thanks again 🤙

We don't know anything about surfing and Zuma Jay were super friendly, super helpful, gave us loads of good advice on equipment, clothing and places to go. Great service and no sales pressure - they just want to help and see you have a good time.
