We were in a mood for a pizza and Zizzi didn't let us down. It was really good (thin dough, good cheese, crunchy edges). I was pleasantly surprised by both vegetarian and vegan options. The staff was funny and kind. The prices were appropriate to the location around 25-30£. I gave only 4 stars, because of the toilets. They were dark and not very clean.

Me and my boyfriend went into Zizzis for valentines and we had an amazing time. The food was absolutely lovely and the staff were very attentive, especially our waiter George and the guy who grated our cheese (didn’t catch a name). We both understand how stressful and overwhelming it can be working in a busy hospitality setting and the whole staff absolutely smashed it giving us one of the best dates we have ever been on so well done! :))

George also went above and beyond for us that evening as we were short on time and wanted to dessert we spoke with him and said we needed to be somewhere in 30 minutes. In the end because of him we had a beautiful dessert and paid in under 15 minutes which we are very grateful for so thank you!

Dined there on Sunday and decided to try their new rustica wagyu pizza. Tasted fine and the portion was decent but the minute I got home I felt sick and threw up a few times. Could’ve been the ingredients or something. I’m a little disappointed to be honest as it was my first time to that particular Zizzi. That said I must say the service was prompt and the staff were super nice.

One of the worst chicken salads ever - over ripe toms under ripe avocado brown lettuce - disgusting old Parmesan & the prosciutto was dry rubbery & tasted disgusting- I sent it back when I dared to taste the hardly recognisable Parmesan & it came back with mostly brown lettuce !!! It’s on the serviette in the photo
I had to fish out anything edible - the chicken was oddly cold & wet - yuk
Whatever you out do don’t have the tiramisu no amount of gold sparkle could improve this weird version of a classic pudding - just awful
And they had run out of milk !!

The most enjoyable meal out I have had in a long time.
Service was amazing, all staff were both funny and quirky, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, I highly recommend it, amazing food, very reasonably priced, I can't complement this place enough.

We had a lovely meal today at Zizzi Hitchin. The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly.
The food was lovely and whole atmosphere was really nice, very nice food. We had pasta meatball dishes and Herb pork.

I expect to have a good meal and a lovely time when I go to Zizzi and tonight was no exception. We were seated promptly and given ample (maybe too much) time to review the menu. We both went for the set menu which offers a lot of variety. The food was yummy and served at a leisurely pace. The dessert was a stand out. George was very hospitable and made our experience enjoyable. I would eat here again.

I came here last night with my partner and we had an amazing experience. We were both very impressed with the food and service. Even though it was busy, the food and drinks came out quickly. The employees are doing a great job to make their customers satisfied. We will definitely be returning!
