They refused to give my parcel due to “system is off” no information about this in email confirmation, only small piece of paper “no collection on Sunday” behind the counter. Evri should investigate this and cancel their license

If you could rate 0 stars, this shop deserves it. Very very rude workers and the man who claims to be the owner. Has no respect to those who have disabilities, shouts at everyone, and when you try and talk to him because what he did is wrong he won’t accept his mistake. Do not shop here nor should u take ur parcels here. Like others have said when they feel like taking parcels only then will they take it otherwise they find every excuse in the book to send u away.

Better to drop/ collect evri parcel from somewhere else, they have different reasons not to help you with your parcel. Sometimes it's timings, or short staff, or machines not working, or parcels have not arrived even though you get a delivery notification.

Evri should take into account a lot of complaints and reviews by customers and remove this shop from its listing

Don’t get your evri parcels delivered here. The guy makes you rummage through two bags to find your parcel yourself with no help. And when you do finally ask for help, they act like it’s the biggest inconvenience in the world. Then watched as he emptied the bag by throwing other peoples stuff on the floor. Just completely avoid this place if you can

Like everyone else has put in their reviews do not use this shop as a collection point for your Evri delivery. I was notified on the Temu app that Zippies had refused to take my parcel and that it was being returned to the Evri depot. Why be a ParcelShop if you don't want to do it properly, makes no sense whatsoever. Anyway I will be putting in a complaint to Evri to have Zippies removed as a ParcelShop.

Worse customer service ever, it's almost as if someone or Evri is forcing this rude man to keep customers packages. The shop is open from 08:30 until 11pm but when you walk up there to pick up your item at 3pm this man refuses to give it to you stating that pickup is between 8am and 2pm.
He was so rude to my wife the last time she went to pick up your her stuff and asked her to go and raid through numerous items to search her package herself and she warned me never to go send anything there but I did and was treated like absolute rubbish.
Someone will send their stuff there because they work and won't be at home and if this rude shop owner will not let you pick your items after 2pm even though the shop is open then what's the point? When I asked him where it states that he closes at 2pm he just pointed to a little handwritten time he's made on his counter for me to check.
I will warn anyone not to send anything to this rude person especially if you are a woman anymore because they have no respect for themselves or anyone. If I could give zero start I would

Discussed by all staff! Fist attempt to collect my parcel and was told the system is down as its past 14.00. Rude, arrogant, ignorant and simply nobody care. Filthy shop.
Just came back home, collected the package and that little ‘man’ behind the counter was so arrogant with disgusting attitude, told me ‘go to the yellow box and find it’. A pile of hundreds of packages, in nearly taller as myself box I had to dive into. He told me he works only one day in the store so it's not his job to do this. This shop should be closed down.

Very bad staff who cant understand English properly and evri meed to investigate this shop as when i tried dropping my parcel 11 am they said no machine down and more waffle and said monday when i needed it to be delivered on sunday. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!
