I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Zap Clothing regarding an order for Christian Louboutin sneakers. Despite being a well-known brand, their service fell drastically short of acceptable standards.

The store claimed to have lost my order, but rather than taking immediate and proactive steps to resolve the issue, they demonstrated a complete lack of customer care. Communication with the store was unreliable at best—they only responded to WhatsApp messages sporadically and failed to provide the promised updates regarding the status of my order.

The lack of professionalism became even more apparent when I requested a refund, only to be met with radio silence. I was forced to escalate the issue and raise a dispute through PayPal, which takes time.

This experience has made it clear that Zap clothing lacks quality staff and efficient customer service practices. I would strongly advise potential customers to avoid shopping here if you value clear communication, reliable service, and timely resolution of issues.

Liars! I will tell you my story.

I live in Lithuania. I found a Canada Goose jacket on ZAP Clothing, then wrote to them asking if there were any additional fees since I live in the EU. They replied no, there are no additional fees. Okay, I made a purchase, and after 5 days, I received a letter from Lithuanian customs stating that I have to pay VAT (around 300 EUR). I refused to accept. Then I wrote to ZAP, sending them what they initially wrote to me, but they didn't apologize or offer any resolution. We agreed on a refund, but I have to pay VAT and for shipping. I then sent them a few articles stating that there is no VAT for returning items (which they confirmed). We agreed on a shipment cost of 20 pounds. Okay. Then they wrote that the refund will be processed after 8-10 working days. After 11 working days, I wrote again. After two days, they replied that they were busy due to a sales period and stated that the refund is in process, so I will receive it after 72 hours. Today is the 7th day (and almost two months when I made an order), I haven't received a refund, and ZAP is not replying to my messages.

It's a shame because I lost so much time, and I have to seek help here. My order is ZAP63541. If I do not find help here, then I will have to raise a claim. Just do no understand what is a point for a such service. Just a hell

So, dears, you can imagine the situation I find myself in.

UPDATED. After 3 months of waiting I received a refund. And not from ZAP, but from my bank after I raised a dispute.

It was my first and last purchase with ZapClothing. So, I bought the item as a present for my son. What I received was completely different from what was on the website. So, I contacted them by email and added photos. So, they made the mistake and they said that I have to pay for special delivery to return the item back. It’s ridiculous - they sent the wrong item and I had to cover the costs!!! I had to go through claim process and PayPal really helped to cover extra costs. Save your money and buy elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

The customer service provided by this company is atrocious. It falls way below what I would expect when dealing with a retailer of high-end fashion. I have experienced a problem with a Balmain shirt which was defective and the company have refused to assist with the matter, refused to return the item, do not respond to communications and they have now stated I have commited fraud having raised a chargeback request with my Amex card used to buy the item. I am truly annoyed and let down by the customer the absolute lack of customer care and in dismay about the lack of compliance with customer rights for defective items purchased online. Please be cautious if making a purchase

AVOID like the plague. COUNTERFEIT retailer

Having fell in the trap to not check review websites such as TP I purchased a pair of Moncler trainers - at a fetching sale price of £330 approx (Retail £450).

When I received them it was almost painfully clear these were not genuine trainers. Multiple things were wrong (I already own a pair). When reaching out to the retailer I was accused of doing the defects myself. However they would accept a return, but blacklist me in the future - (please do!)

Having used PayPal I had to open a dispute to get my money back as they did not refund.

Overall an utter scam of a business operating from a rather rundown shop front - not what you’d expect for a luxury retailer!

Take my advice and shop elsewhere, and don’t be fooled by their ‘massive’ unrealistic sales.

Zap owe me £348, I bought trainers which were stolen after DPD left them on my doorstep, this was fully investigated and DPD accepted fault so ZAP then said they would send my refund , I still haven't received this 3 months later, they ignore all my calls and emails, the bank cant help as it is over 3 months, APPALING COMPANY

I placed an order and unfortunately the items did not fit. I sent them back using royal mail special delivery. After 14 days I am still waiting on a refund. I have sent two e-mails but did not get any response, I then called the shop to be told that refunds were taking longer just now, which is a joke as it takes someone seconds to log on and hit the refund button on their platform used for their online payments. I am sure Zap are okay to deal with if your item fits but they certainly don't like giving refunds. You are taking a risk shopping with this company and I am now having to call my bank to ask for a charge back to be carried out to get my payment refunded. Very poor service and I would never use them again.
