This is an absolutely brilliant shop where you are highly likely to find what you have search every highstreet and superstore for - at a ecellent price too.
Staff could be perceived a little eccentric but hey, madness makes the world wobble wonderfully.
The only suggestion for improvement l might offer, would be to stay open later - 8pm perhaps.
I imagine by the proprietors, this has already been trialed at some point. I do recall visiting on many occassions past, when staying open till 6pm was the norm.

Has everything you didn’t know you needed, from a corkscrew with “2000” on the top, to a fridge magnet in the shape of bok choi. Seasonal selections are great, prices are always brilliant, and some real hidden treasures can be found if you take the time to look.

It's a go-to place for all the little things you find you need. From BBQ fluid to bathroom fittings. Weed killer to window latches. Good selection of DIY tools and products upstairs. Every light bulb you can think of.
Whatever your household need, they either have it or will order it.
If you can't find what you want, the family will leave no stone unturned searching the stock room for it.

This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly, they genuinely help you with anything and everything. If it's not in the store you can request to get it delivered there. I used to go here when I was younger, now that I'm older, I see the benefits of getting from here. The staff whether they're stocking up or serving at the till, are always talkative and helpful. I really like this place because of the items you can buy for cheaper, much cheaper than many discount stores. The prices are decent and even if something doesn't have a price, they always will go out of their way to find the right price. This is an amazing store.

An Aladdin's cave of DIY and homeware products. If they don't stock it, it's probably not worth having! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, often much cheaper than elsewhere

Great little store. They seem to sell everything hardware, housewares, tools , garden, craft, toys,pot and pans,and much more ! Helpful staff, decent opening hours inc sundays and bank holidays. A bit of an institution in the area and would be sadly missed if it ever closed down. Only 4 stars due to the frontage which is more than a little tatty.
