Went into otley branch

Saw the assistant manager she was totally diabolical, aggressive, would not listen to my needs told me to go and resolve the problem with the manufacturer of the item would not take responsibility for selling the product.
Bye bye Yorkshire trader that's the last time I use your company

Anytime I need to buy Signal toothpaste I have to travel from Leeds centre to Otley.

Always helpful staff, lots of bargains and so nice to see dogs allowed. Cheap for all your gardening needs. From cheap and cheerful to riding and shooting wear.

Horrible! I had the misfortune of encountering the most ignorant cashier on the face of the earth. You would never have guessed he was actually getting PAID! Absolute zero communication skills, terrible manners. Goodness only knows how he passed the interview stage. He was either a good actor or cheap to employ. Either way, I will never shop at the store again. Perhaps employ people who are actually grateful for a job, who will keep the store looking tidy and will treat customers with respect. HORRENDOUS

No staff on the till he left us waiting while he went off twice. No other staff came. Dumped our stuff ans walked out. This happens so often in this shop

Definitely not woolworths. Mostly damaged or bankrupted stock for the barely managing. My borax turned out to be bicarbonate. It had absorbed so much water it had formed a solid block. Unusable. No point taking stuff back either; the manager refuses to give you your money back. I only wasted a pound but the actual pound shop puts this lot in the shade.
