I ordered chicken collagen chewsticks for my dog. They arrived quickly and seem to be chunkier and better value than ones I've bought elsewhere. Very, very happy with my purchase and my dog loves these chews.

Visited YTC Skipton today refused accept Scottish £10.00 to pay for goods. Ridiculous blamed Post Office for not accepting them.Really in this day and age. I will also be complaining to Post Office regarding this racism by both companies . I would would give minus 10 stars ⭐ if option there. Shame on you both in Skipton

my wife purchased some pyjamas from driffield ,when she got home the top was too small,we took them back to bridlington store ,but we could only take them back to driffield,where we could only have a credit note ,no refund.
basicly saying we had to return to driffield and have to buy something there ,which we do not require .
we will never shop there again!

Disgraceful service, the item displayed was not available, but a similar item was in its place, but this was not made clear. After getting it home I realised it was not suitable. Took it back to be told that a credit note was the only option (no refund) as this is policy. Asked where it says that, told 'it is not on display at present' After calling the customer service 4 times and leaving messages, I have had no reply. I called head office twice and spoke to a representative and was told I will be called back, still no calls.

The biggest joke of a company to ever exist! All about maximising profits they don't give a toss about the customer, the employees, all about them. The joke is though, they are pretty much a set of plebs, who haven't really got a clue.
