I recently visited Yorkshire trading and was extremely disappointed with my experience. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. Firstly, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. The store layout was confusing, with aisles poorly labeled and products haphazardly arranged.

When I finally found the items I needed, they were overpriced compared to other stores in the area. Despite this, the quality was subpar, and I ended up purchasing items that were damaged or expired without realizing it until I got home.

To make matters worse, the checkout process was excruciatingly slow, with only one cashier on duty despite the long line of frustrated customers. It felt like a complete waste of my time and money.

Overall, I would not recommend Yorkshire trading to anyone. The lack of customer service, high prices, poor quality products, and chaotic atmosphere make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I think it’s a really wicked shop it’s new in town few months old I went in when it first opened and tbh it’s like heaven just loads of stuff for everything sort of reminds me of a Amazon but better ? also if you see this review I hope you have lovely day!! Lovely happy staff. Smiling, friendly young lady on the till. Simon, who appeared to be in charge and obviously rushed off his feet, still friendly and courteous with customers. Makes for a refreshing and welcome shopping experience when staff a) know what they’re doing and b) are able to deliver with a smile on their faces. Keep it up both of you ?

Some of the staff are so rude!!! A woman was about to walk in 2 minutes before they’d opened as the door was already open and one of the staff members shouted “OI” how unprofessional! You’d think when they open at 10 they’d be organised and have everything out and ready an hour before not rushing to get stock out 5 minutes before they open!

Poor customer service , my son picked up some cheap sunglasses which fell apart , they wouldn’t swap them and still charged for them.

Very rude customer service the manager and the workers really rude and disgusting behaviour with the customers and shop and prices have skyrocketed up to the sky and also the product are really cheap quality and break easily
