My husband and I went to our local branch in Barnstaple to transfer money to another account. We would like to thank the two members of staff who assisted us- they were so professional, friendly and competent and the transaction went smoothly. Our dog even had a treat! We would really recommend the YBS to anyone wanting an excellent savings account with fantastic old fashioned service.
