Bought several DVDs from here and only 1 worked. They charge more for DVDs than most other charity shops do, so a bit naughty of them not to bother checking. Please check these before selling.

Well done to you as a charity shop in rural Norfolk where dogs are allowed in all shops and cafes, but NOT in the YMCA. Come on, get real it’s a petty rule you make on this point, so change it and allow dogs and their owners (if the owners are well behaved) in the shop…….you’ll take more money!!

Wonder if it was the same lady as review below, but we had a really unpleasant experience today due to some inappropriate language from an elderly woman volunteering in the shop. If you don’t want to work in there and can’t be polite & respectful towards those coming in and purchasing items, don’t work there! Simple.

Newly renovated and fairly large charity shop. You would be hard pressed to realise that this is a charity shop at first glance. Mostly higher quality items compared to a normal charity shop experience. Nice friendly staff.

Really good charity shop with some quality items, reasonably priced. It's location is a little remote but well worth a visit. Good variety of items and worth a visit for novelty birthday or Christmas gifts.

Rude lady behind the counter, asked on a price for a suit jacket that was very over priced.... this is a shop that gets its items for free and they are trying to sell at ridiculous prices.... they don't pay normal business rates so should be selling at a fair and just price... this is not a charity shop this is a second hand shop dodging tax....
