Came in to get some prices for for a gold ring and a gold and diamond ring. He said I’d never be able to sell them as they’re probably not gold, and that he’d just throw the diamonds away anyway. Offered me £20 in total. Also insulted my weight and kept commenting on how large the rings were (Size R) and said you’d have to find an extremely large woman with arthritis to ever be able to sell the rings. Thanks for ruining my day!

Do not trust the man running this shop!! My partner bought a "pearl necklace" here but after a few days the pearls were pealing and we took it to two other jewellers who both said it was fake! We came back not wanting any trouble but to get our money back, but the man was rude and abrasive. Do not go here!
