Dodgy company. Claim to ship items but no tracking given. After three weeks, they claimed that items are lost. Right, how would you know that without tracking? Most likely they did not ship in the first place. This dodgy company should just be upfront with customers if they can't ship, ran out of stock, or don't want to ship. What a waste of time. Stay far away from this company.

Ordered from Amazon and sent July 7.
Supposed to be here August 10.
After a request of when and where my package is I got told we don't use Tracking to keep prices cheaper.
So I take this as no tracking no responsibility for items shipped. I'd gladly pay more for tracking.
It's August 20 and nothing. Just days it's running late
Save your time and money and stress and don't order from them .. just don't. Refund requested and allowed. If I could give negative starts I would

I ordered some items from this website as the prices seemed great compared to other sites. I had waited 2+ weeks and my order didn't come. When I tried to chase where my order was, I was told that the stock needed to come from their European warehouse, which was strange considering the site said "order now and receive within 48 hours". So I was mislead when I ordered. I waited longer and reached out and was told that they were awaiting delivery any day now and if I wanted I could have a refund. After almost 3x weeks of waiting I checked the stores reviews and it seemed I was not alone, they advertise items in stock at cheap prices, but never deliver and hold your money for a period of time and then offer a refund. So I asked for a refund and I'm waiting for the process. I would warn against anyone shopping here.

Ordered a board game from them, which was 60% cheaper than elsewhere. It took around 3 weeks to arrive, but I'm very pleased with the service. Will happily buy from them in future.

While I did have to wait a while and chase, they informed me they were waiting on stock and dispatched what was ready immediately and I received the 2nd package a couple of days later. Very happy to have everything before Christmas and the best price available too!

Appear to be a scam. Ordered from them on Amazon about mid March. Order showed "delivered" on tracking two weeks later but never arrived. When I communicated the problem to Yachew, they were dismissive, unprofessional, rude, and offered no means of correcting the issue (refusing to do anything but cite that they see the item shows delivered on tracking). Had to go through Amazon to get the problem resolved. Not sure what the deal is but I cannot recommend you stay far enough away from doing business with these folks.

Ordered a recently retired Lego set before reading the Google reviews of the store. It took a little over two weeks for the item to arrive so did get a bit worried at one point but I did receive the item and in great condition with no damage to the packaging. Would give these guys a try, just might take a bit longer than expected with delivery.
