What an absolute breath of fresh air shopping in duty-free at Bristol Airport the young lady and gentlemen that served me today were exemplary. You do not even get that service from John Lewis. The gentleman in question called Shay , what a credit to Bristol, Airport duty-free, went above, and beyond extremely helpful with the product and the discount that was available super helpful and made it fun and a fantastic start to the holiday

Spoke to one of the advisers for men’s Christian Dior Eua de toilette and for my wife women’s prada eau de toilette. They put parfum in bag and didn’t realise until both opened and sprayed on. Gutted

Hallo, yesterday I had a flight to Poland and I bought 3 bottle of whiskey and perfume ISL Libre.I paid £195.32. Very nice lady who packed my items,unfortunately,most likely made mistake and didn’t pack my perfume. I didn’t have a chance to check what the lady was packing cause I was still paying for these items at that time. I paid £72 for nothing and Im very disappointed. My question is: is there any chance of getting my money back or pick up this perfume at the airport when I return
