Placed a uniform order with Wordans but they have failed to deliver anything after a month. They replied to my initial emails when the order hadn't arrived, promising the order would be sent. However, now they have gone quiet and are just ignoring any communication. I'm now reporting them to Trading Standards.

If i could only give you 0 stars that would be perfect so that more people could stay away from Wordans uk, with missing items from my order which clearly stated when dispatched they were in the dispatched order, only to receive the parcel with missing hoddies and the wordons ticket inside the parcel states that they are not in there, with no communication from wordons about this and me sending multiple emails to customer services with no response and multiple phone calls with no answer and now for the last week you have turned you phone lines off, so im guessing your into robbing people money, im guessing the only way to resolve this is going to the ombudsmen to maybe try and recover money, so anybody elese thinking of ordering dont as if you have any issues with your order there not interested!!!
Ive now found another supplier called ABSOLUTE APPAREL in the uk if anyone needs a trustworthy clothing supplier, use these as from start to finish they have been amazing.............dont get scammed by WORDANS 👎

I ordered 100 units of jute bag. Only received 50 units. I had to go and collect the units myself, it was never delivered, they claimed they attempted delivery twice, no card was left or notification given to inform the attempted delivery. Record clearly showed two delivery to be made - to date Ive only managed to collect 50 from a depot, after phone calls and email. Horrible experience - they ruined my event. Order went in on 13th of November thereabout, managed to get half of order by 26th of November. Horrible experience.

L'ordine è stato spedito con 10 giorni di ritardo e di conseguenza è in ritardo per l'utilizzo che ne dovevo fare. Ho chiesto il rimborso prima che venisse spedito ma l'assistenza clienti risponde alle email una volta al giorno perciò le comunicazioni sono estremamente lente. Di conseguenza ora dovrò aspettare che il pacco arrivi e rispedirlo al mittente, a spese mie ovviamente. Sono davvero delusa. Pessima esperienza
