On the whole, I am happy with this pharmacy. Being notified that prescriptions are ready to collect is a good service, however, quite often there is a wait to pick up. Over the years I have built a rapport with the pharmacist, Sharon, who has been helpful and supportive. The other member of staff are also friendly and approachable and are happy to redirect me to a pharmacist, if necessary. It is a generally a busy, small pharmacy, which serves a large, local community.

This pharmacy has met every challenge my health has thrown at them, the staff are kind and respectful. All the staff work very hard, all they ask for is that everyone give them time, as the pharmacy helps hundreds of patients every week, that means hundreds of monthly and urgent prescriptions.

We moved to Woolston pharmacy as our previous pharmacy was not working for us. Prescriptions were never ready and almost always could not give you a full Prescription. Woolston pharmacy are very friendly, helpful and always give an excellent service. Our Prescriptions are ready within a couple of days from ordering at the Gp's. We receive a text to enable us to collect. A fabulous service. Highly recommend.
