I visited Woolfe as I wanted to purchase an engagement ring for my now Fiancé. From start to finish the service provided from the team has been fantastic! All staff members have been incredibly polite, helpful and genuine. I really liked the look of the Trilogy and I made that clear when I enquired , when I went to purchase the lady had the Trilogy ready for me and a few others similar which I thought was great! I wasn’t pressured to purchase I was comfortably allowed to look and ask questions and take my time. I purchased the Trilogy as it did stand out to me and it’s beautiful, in the box and on my lady.
