I ordered a wooden garden arch. Woodside had the best price for this product that I found. it was delivered within 2 days. All bits present and correct. Very pleased with my purchase and will definitely use Woodside products again

I ordered a potting bench and half the parts are missing. I wish I had read other reviews before using this company as some are saying they don’t even respond to emails- I have emailed tonight. Very disappointing.
*Update- the company did get back to me which was good. The part for the shelf was missing but other parts were there at least to build the bulk of the potting table which is fine.

Avoid. Received faulty product. I have emailed 3 times, sent photographs and requested a refund. Emails not acknowledged. I’m stuck with a product I cannot use. Not able to contact company to resolve. Returning the parcel at my expense without acknowledgment or trust I will get a refund and postage refunded seems like throwing more money away. Ordered a fence post auger for next day delivery, shortly after placing the order (not even 5 minutes), I realised it didn’t have an adjustable handle which therefore made it no good to me. I instantly emailed the email address written at the bottom of the confirmation email requesting a refund (6 minutes after placing the order), as well as instagram messaging and facebook messaging. Nobody replied, the item was dispatched and now they refuse to refund my return postage fee of £6. Also no telephone number or cancel order option once order is placed. Useless contact options and 0 regard for customer satisfaction. Will not be using again nor be recomending .

First class customer service.
Previously purchased a garden table cover which during windy weather split along the stitching. As it was still under warranty I contacted customer services. Reece got in touch straight away and dispatched a new cover which I received days later and has stood up to the weather ever since. Excellent service and great product support.

ordered 2 outdoor chairs which when arrived we found were not a good quality. Started to crack when put together, did not open other box and contacted them to return. Had a reply saying we had to pay the carriage to return the items, and if any damage to item or packaging was found they would deduct from refund. Would not recommend this company at all, spend a bit more and buy from a reputable company
