This pet shop is absolutely wonderful, I don’t usually write reviews but I was searching there contact number on google as I want to purchase another guinea pig and I noticed they had a couple of bad reviews which I was actually really quite surprised about, and thought they actually deserve a really good review so here it is, I’ve purchased from them a few times, the animals that I have bought have always been top quality, I have bought 2 rabbits and 3 guinea pigs from them in the past and my sister has bought two rabbits from them and they were top quality and healthy, also the shop has good ethics they will not let you have the pets until they are the correct age, they will also let you go in and pick pets early who are not correct age and reserve them for you, i also have friends that go to this pet shop and they have told me how brilliant it is and how friendly and helpful the staff are, the shop also took the time to let us look out the back of the premises at the mums and dads of the rabbits we bought, the staff are so friendly every time I’ve been in there, they also took a lot of interest in my other animals, also the items you can buy in the shop are so reasonable I always come out with a bag full of stuff, I would highly recommend this shop.

What a great little shop, my wife & daughter went there after recommendation from a friend, they spoke to a nice man who gave them lots of information & helpful tips on how to look after Rabbit. We went back to purchase one, but they are away at the moment as there is a rabbit infection going about, so we are going to wait and go back in couple weeks to buy one, without doubt. Thank You.

Bought a Syrian hamster for my daughter from day 1 the hamster had crusty eyes. Went down there for them to say it’s allergic to saw dust. Tried numerous different cage bedding and no change. Hamster started losing weight deteriorated at a fast rate took the hamster to the vet but too late hamster had wet tail. One very upset daughter! £67 to have the poor animal put to sleep will never buy an animal from here. Will only use pets at home from now on.
The guy in there doesn’t have a clue how to help anyone as he didn’t even suggest eye drops or vitamins from the start and didn’t even realise they was on the shelf in his shop.. bloody ridiculous!!

Very welcoming shop owner. Friendly and helpful.
The first pet store we visited since moving to Stanford-le-Hope.
Quality of local products is definitely dropping.
A lot going on in the store but have to spend more time to give a full fledged review.
Lots of products to choose from but not enough space to move around especially if you have a pet coming in with you.

Good number of parking does available.
