This is a lovely place, with a really good selection of stuff. I especially liked the Emma Bridgewater collection and the British Airways mugs that were being sold. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been very impressed with the fantastic service I’ve received from Woburn China. I recently broke a serving dish which has sentimental value and I was so excited to see the very dish on the Woburn China website. The price was very reasonable too. After placing my order, it arrived very quickly. I also received emails to let me know when I should expect it. It was extremely well packaged. I believe it’s important to give praise when it’s due. Brilliant service! That’s how it should be done!
Ordered an item of Spode that was dispatched super quickly and had clearly been well packaged. Emails and comms great too. DPD used for delivery so get an hours time slot - much better than many of the other poor carriers.

An excellent shop in the heart of Woburn village. We needed some new cutlery and they had the perfect set at a good price. There's public parking around the corner and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Average visit we usually always end up buying something there this is the first time we didn't. Not sure if it's down to re arranging the store not really a pleasant experience. I can see why on line shopping is increasing
