I purchased a car from the garage in Woburn cars the 27/01/25 and was very impressed with their customer service, they were kind, helpful and very calm atmosphere.
I was mostly helped by Malik and he was fantastic, helped me with all the paperwork and temporary insurance.
I definitely recommend anyone if you needed a nice second hand car, that’s the place to go.

I brought a lovely white Audi Q5 from Woburn Cars, I highly recommend this garage, the customer service I have received has been fantastic. I had a couple of issues with the car since buying it and Woburn have sorted the issues out for me with no arguments.
We travelled just under 2 hours to buy the car, I’m so glad we did as they have been amazing. I would definitely be back in the future if I need to buy another car.

Very Disappointed – Avoid This Trader

I purchased a car from this trader and unfortunately had a problem with it shortly after the sale. I reported the issue while it was still under warranty, expecting it to be sorted in a timely and professional manner. However, the trader kept delaying any action, giving excuse after excuse until the warranty eventually expired.

Once it was out of warranty, they completely washed their hands of the issue and refused to help. It’s clear they were just stalling until they no longer had any responsibility. Totally untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would not recommend buying a car from them.

Bought 2011 BMW 525 Touring very good condition following a reassuring and helpful test drive.

I recently bought a new car from here, a minor issue with arose 10 days after purchase. They helped me to pursue a claim through my warranty, unfortunately the warraty company didn't cover it, Woburn Cars then paid for my usual mechanic to put the fault right! I have no hesitation in reccomending this garage to anyone looking for their next car! Honest, reliable service!

Friendly and courteous, and they present the cars well. Needed to check for comfort due to back pain issues and they let us sit in a number of different vehicles. Still need to do more research but they are at the top of the list for revisiting
