The man serving was under a lot of pressure as seemed to be on his own the day I used the post office. He was not only serving on the shop counter he was also manning the post office counter and managed to do this all with a bright smile on his face and was very apologetic for keeping people waiting. Even with the pressure he was under, he was extremely helpful and explained to me what I was paying for with the special delivery package I was sending. He is always helpful and friendly whenever I see him at this post office along with all the other staff members that work there, it’s a nice little village shop.

First time in a while visiting this Post Office, but will definitely be going back more regularly from now on!
The manager that served me was absolutely delightful. He was very friendly and welcoming. We chatted about my employment with the Post Office in the eighties and how times have changed working within the post office. He has been running the post office for eighteen months I believe and is doing a splendid job, treating his customers with respect and supplying a great deal of great customer service, something you don’t get very often these days.

All the staff at this shop are lovely! So friendly and helpful. They could do a better selection of fresh and frozen food, but have the most amazing stock of unusual alcohol and great sweets and snacks so five stars from me.

This is a delightful Post Office and store. The staff couldn’t possibly be more attentive and genuinely delightful. It’s clean, efficient and a pleasure to use. I’ve been a local for 36 years, and the service has never been so good. Thank you.

They not trained to do international driving permit ,have to come different time( evennings or 11.30am only).Even its says says on a door we do International driving permit,on Royal mail website.Dissapointed us was organise trip before start work .Have to go Ipswich.

Ok 2 bottles of wine , bin 161 , one priced at 5.99 the other 6.49. 2 bars of chocolate at .50p. one £5 lottery card and a small packet of fudge fingers. Looks like the fudge fingers cost £6.00 as I got hooked for over £23.
Moral of this story , get an itemised receipt and check it .

Bad customer service. Staff can be rude and they are not trained to do the basic tasks. I have been to the shop on different occasions to top up gas and electricity and the person there does not know how to use the machine to complete the task. I have been asked to come back after 4.5 hours when the next person is there. Not very helpful at all. TRAIN your staff!
