Very useful recycling site. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The site is designed so there is just a small roughly 3ft wall around the top of each skip so you don’t have to climb up and down stairs each time.

An excellent service and very friendly.
Always on hand to offer help and advice and nothing ever seems to be a problem. We have been there many times to dispose of things and witnessed first hand how the staff jump to help people with mobility issues etc., so highly pro-active and vigilant.

I like the layout and very rarely queue here. However, the two issues I do have is firstly, people who want look in the sales area only have the layby on the right to pull into which blocks access to the skips in this area, secondly the staff can be hit or miss, most are okay but occasionally there's a couple of miserable staff members who aren't interested in helping but only trying to get you to do their job for them!!!

Mixed experiences this week. Went on Wednesday night after work and there was a very nice gentleman with grey hair and glasses and no beard. He was beyond helpful and made a bad day much better.
But this evening i got there about 5.20pm and there was a guy with a long greyish beard who was quite passive aggressive. He seemed annoyed that i had turned up near the end of the day. He didn’t seem to really want to help and was annoyed that i had to put some bits on the floor and told me he had just swept there.
Thank goodness the nice man was there and he came and helped.
