It's closing down, I have noted some prices have been inflated prior to shutting down, it's a shame but I won't pay those prices as I do recall the going prices for many thongs

Worst customer service I ever experienced — I'd give zero stars if it were possible. They fitted an LED kitchen light panel for me a little over 3 years ago, which has now failed, but is out of warranty. I've been trying unsuccessfully for over 3 weeks to get any kind of assistance from WLC with this. They never answer the phone or call back if you leave a voicemail, even on the 3 days a week when the showroom is open. I've been forced to drive to the showroom and go in to speak to them, to find the guy sitting at the desk apparently doing nothing while letting the phone ring out. He told me that it could well be a driver problem that could be fixed and that he was investigating with another customer as to whether replacing the driver might fix the problem and would come back to me in the next few days. He also said that he's always on email and this is the best way to contact him. That was on 28th July. Since then he's ghosted me — no update or response to my email chasers, which I sent on 6th August and 13th August, and of course no answer to my numerous phone calls. They won't even tell me the make and model of the panel (not shown on the invoice) so I can get someone else to fix it. I went into the showroom again on 17th August and saw a woman who said she was his partner (/wife - I don't recall) and made lots of excuses for him — he'd apparently been on holiday, called away to help a family member. She didn't seem to think it reasonable to expect him to set an out-of-office email reply or voicemail message. She also seemed to suggest that stating a make and model on their invoice could be bad for their business in some way (perhaps competition from rival firms?) but said they have their own product codes. She tried to find the information in their records but could not. She said her partner would certainly know and she promised to get the info from him and get back to me by the end of the week. I was polite but made clear my frustration at having no light in my kitchen for over 3 weeks. That was on Thursday. It's now close of business on Saturday and they have still not bothered to come back to me even to tell me the make and model of the lighting panel. I would avoid this company if you wish to avoid hours of frustration and wasted time trying to get any assistance or information from them. I can't understand how they are still in business.

Great service, very helpful. You don't need to go anywhere else for lighting. If you cannot see what you like on show there are plenty of catalogues to browse through.

There are many local electricians but not many who specialises in lighting. We have recently had Steve refit our kitchen lighting with LED spots as well as at the same time installing an up to date fuse board and update all our garden lighting,brilliant job as always. In fact Steve was replacing kitchen lighting he installed more than 10 years ago. Always highly recommended by the Smart family!

Brillant service Steve was very helpful in helping me choose the right light for my kitchen and I love it. The clock was an added bonus which goes well on the wall. Everything in his shop is displayed so you have a feel of what it will look like in your home. Well worth a visit.
