This place is a mess. Staff is rude, prices on the shelves don’t match what you pay at checkout, and if you try to say something, you get attitude. I found expired items and meat that clearly looked refrozen – super watery, pale, with way too much ice in the packaging and a nasty smell once opened. Honestly, it feels like they don’t care at all about customers or food quality. There are much better Polish shops nearby. Don’t waste your time here.

All complaints here is absolutely true
I have bouth meet on 17th, came home and find out it's rotten, again! Came back on 18th ti show that to shop as its not my first time buying bad stuff there. Just this time I wanted to prove it, because stuff from that shop never believs to cm words and argue
So today that happened again- no apology, shouted at me and said I came after 3 days 😁 even there is label dated.
So folks don't go there please

Totally unacceptable behaviour. They sold us meat which went off and stank. They didn't want to accept return and behaved like thugs, screaming, swearing and threatening my partner. If I was there that would have end up differently for sure... Avoid this place at all cost! Let them go bust as they should. Higienie inspection will be coming after them. Totally disgraceful.

Cashier at the till is a rude unacceptable man, who wanted to beat a customer with physicality and sweared words, because the customer refused to buy 300 grammes of cheese (because sliced). Customer explained he wanted to buy multiple thing but was not available. In this case the customer decided not buying anything. Handled the cheese to the cashier who is started to blame him with rude words.

I think these people don't know the concept of quality especially when it comes to fresh meat . I bought today turkey meat from this shop and i was horrified to see that it was rotten and I had to throw away everything ,total waste of money ,time, and probably I won't buy from them again. So dissapointed...

Poor customer service, my wife been there with my kids and by mistake my daughter broke something and they was very rude with my wife because that happened.. for sure I will avoid that shop and stupid people..

The people need to work on their behaviour with customers. They act as if they are doing a favour to the customers. They never act well and are always rude.
