**DO NOT USE** ORDER PLACED AND FLOWERS DID NOT ARRIVE UNTILL 3 DAYS LATER. No customer service, once they have taken your cash they do not care. Very rude staff. Spread the word and use either a local florist or a national reliable one.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!

I placed an order via telephone on Friday May 29th just before mid day and was told the flowers would be delivered on Saturday morning. It was imperative that the flowers were delivered on this day as a member of my staff and her 3 year old daughter had been involved in a near fatal car accident on the Marlow bypass on the Wednesday and are both injured and distressed.

As I had not heard anything from my colleague regarding the flowers I decided to ask her if she had received them and if they were nice, but she informed me that there was no delivery to her address at all.

When I called the company on the Monday morning at 8:45am for answers, I was told that I couldn't be helped until 10 am and was given no apology or empathy for my situation. It was just a very blunt, cold and matter of fact response.

I then called two more times looking for answers and was eventually contacted at 3:45pm and a message was passed from person to person explaining that they have no recollection of my order and that I would now need to provide proof of purchase.

2 months later after sending through the proof of purchase I have had NO REFUND AND NO FLOWERS!!

My bank has now had to claim the money back on my behalf!

Please do not use this company, you will regret it!

I ordered flowers, then I called within minutes to confirm Lillian Rose Flowers were in receipt of my order, I urgently needed flowers to be delivered on 10th February. They confirmed that my flowers would definitely be delivered. 5 hours later I receive a call from Lillian Rose Flowers to tell me they can't deliver my flowers and that they will do it the next day, their computers are not working properly. After several calls and 9 days later I'm still trying to get my money back! This company conduct themselves in such an awful way, will NEVER use them again! Looks like I will now have to call my bank to get my money back!

These guys may well do really nice flowers, but I wouldn't know as they never actually arrived.

I ordered flowers, sent an email they day after they failed to arrive and waited for a response which never arrived either. I phoned them to let them know the situation and was offered an apology and told she would look into it and call me back later that day.
After waiting for three days for that phone call I sent another email and then tried for a further three days to call them again but got no answer.

This started to ring alarm bells that they were simply a fraudulent company, and I sent an email informing that I was going to report them as such.

Miraculously, I got a response to that email and was informed that there had been a system problem so they were not aware of the issue.
System problems happen, so I can understand that, but I had made them aware of the issue on a number of occasions and when I pointed this out and asked when my refund would be processed, responses once again dried up.
A couple of days later I got an automated response detailing that a refund would be processed, which I then received about 5 days later, about three weeks after the flowers had failed to be delivered.

All in all, the experience was a masterclass in how not to provide customer service.

DISGRACE.

My wife ordered flowers to be delivered to her sister for her birthday. The flowers did not turn up. Today we rang the company and they gave an excuse that the order must have been on their 2nd computer system and that they would get back to us. 6 hours later and no response. We've tried ringing through again and their phone is going straight to voicemail.
...Just been informed that the flowers have been delivered, 24 hours late.

I've just read through the reviews posted about this company on ReviewCentre, Yell and TrustPilot, and they're all extremely negative.

I've checked out the registered company address with Companies House and the Registered VAT number, both of which return different addresses.
The registered company number returns an address in the middle of a bland industrial estate (no building has a relevant logo on it) and on Google Maps it shows up right next to another florist which returns to the same website. Hmmm.
The registered VAT number returns an address for a plush house in the middle of the Norfolk countryside. Hmmm.

Basically, if you want flowers on a certain day - for an event for instance (and lets face it, that's mostly what flowers are for) I'd avoid Lillian Rose Flowers like the plague.

Booked flowers on 9th Feb for 13th Feb, tried to call Saturday 14th Feb to say that no delivery had been made but was passed to answerphone. Called again on Monday 16th Feb to ask for an explanation and refund but was told I had to put my request in writing to the Managing Director. I did and a full refund has now been processed but at no time has any apology been offered: apparently delivery is "totally out of our control".

I'm just glad my wife is very understanding and this wasn't for a larger event like a wedding or a funeral.

Dreadful. Failed to get my flowers to my mum for Mothers Day. I had ordered 4 days in advance, order was processed but I was told at 11pm mothers day that the plants had not been in stock (I was charged nevertheless!). Later I was lied to when I asked for an explanation. I still have not received a refund?!

I ordered a £40 sheath of Claret and White flowers (for a Northampton Town Football Club fan). We received a dark pink and white creation, with a dark pink bow - totally unsuitable for a man's funeral. I deliberately asked for tulips and chrysanths, thinking, wrongly, that as they were a plentiful flower the sheath would be of an impressive size., no, it was the same size as if I had chosen much more exotic blooms. We were very upset and very disappointed. Despite e-mailing my dissatisfaction immediately after the funeral on last Wednesday - I have still not had any response from the company. We would certainly not recommend them. - The branch used was MARKET HARBOROUGH.
