An excellent facility centrally located with treasure of information and very helpful staffs. Together with the reading material and maps there are other local souvenirs on sale in the shop. The place is with very neat and clean look and very inviting indeed.

I highly recommend the walking tour of Winchester. Our tour was lead by a very knowledgable lady. It lasted about two hours and finished in the great Hall.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Went on a walking tour of the lower part of town with Diane and it was an absolute wonder. Not only did she explain the greatest hits of the history of Winchester (in 90 minutes!! omg!), she was also very nice and lovely with the group, and an excellent guide. Definitely worth your time and money if you want to learn about this lovely city.
