I’ve been using this garage as a loyal customer for over 8 years, however when I booked my car in for a service 2 weeks ago, an engine fault came up on my dash and I asked them to look into it. Service was done fine but they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. They thought it could be an empty pat tank, no and then thought might be the sump - again no. When I picked my car up 2 days later, I paid over £400 and they said your car has engine damage and is a write off. Obviously I was gutted, picked it up and drove home in limp mode. Over the weekend I found a company to scrap the car too etc, but thought maybe I should get a second opinion first to make sure 100%. I booked a click mechanic to Come to my house, and he did a diagnostic check to find low oil pressure - not engine damage. He took out the oil filter and found in the picture below it was split, damaged and forced back into the car causing the car to go into decline and limp. We changed the oil filter - cost £16 and boom the car is in perfect running order. I have since drive on 2 long trips and driven over 1700 miles. How can a garage inform customers that their car is written off, when actually it was a simple fix. Absolutely shocking service, always get a SECOND opinion! Lost a loyal customer in the process as well. Unbelievable!!!! AVOID at all costs and go to a proper garage

Brilliant service and aftercare from the team when an injector failed on my car. The initial repair was carried out quickly and at a reasonable price. When the replacement injector failed the garage remedied the fault (replacing the failed injector)quickly and without additional charge. I would highly recommend this garage and team. Everyone from the receptionist to the guys on the tools were professional and courteous throughout.

One of our holiday party had an issue with their car whilst travelling through Winchcombe and Jamie stepped in to help without any prior notice - he was friendly and keen to help and he sorted the issue within 15 minutes. Considering we dropped in unannounced, this was fantastic service and I can see why you have so many good reviews - thank you Jamie 👍

I had my car serviced and MOT'd. The staff did a great job. The receptionist was great and slotted my car in within a few days. Thanking you. According to the dash cam, my car was parked up, completed at 1230. It sat there for two hours before I received a call to collect it. So I could have collected it earlier! That's why a dropped a star. However, I will be using this garage again. Keeping trade local.

Stopped here unannounced due to a leak on my coolant system.
The owner helped immediately resolving the issue quickly by repairing a leaking pipe and topped the system back up again. 15 mins in and out.
Absolutely fantastic service!! Thank you.
