Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sam at the pharmacy, she is always so polite, respectful and helpful both on the phone and in person. As a mum of a little girl with a severe condition communicating with pharmacies and trying to get what you need can be really stressful and hard but she always makes it as easy as she can for me, thank you so much 🙂

having ocd and adhd is a struggle and I was calling around all pharmacies looking for a certain tablet I had been prescribed but no one would help which caused me to panic but I spoke to a lovely lady named Sam and she calmed me down and sorted my tablets out that day I cannot thank her enough she deserves a raise and couldn’t of done a better job of helping me I will be making this my go to pharmacy from now on

We have been this Pharmacy for the last Eleven Years. The generosity and kindness of every single member of team in serving customers has compelled me to write something for the whole team of this pharmacy.

The pharmacy management planning is conspicuously seen in enriching a healthy culture.
And creativity and planning in implementations of services to customers (whether in person or on phone) is indomitable.

Every single staff member is of indomitable energy and work conscientiously towards their profession and, many times they delay their lunch and snacks as seen so busy in serving influx of customers so customers can go back to their homes with smile without long waiting.

The arrangement of repeat prescriptions supply and other pharmacy supplies and prescriptions paperwork, all this also ensured and maintained and contended with every ounce of connectedness of comprehensive arrangements system under facilitations to customers visiting pharmacy.

A big thanks to every single member of this pharmacy for serving always with kind and generous attitude.

You can't beat the team at Wilstead Pharmacy. The girls go above and beyond to help and were especially helpful today when i had a problem with a prescription, half and hour from closing on a Bank Holiday weekend. They pulled out all the stops, got something sorted and saved the day. Keep up the excellent work, you're a credit to the village.

Abby and her team went above and beyond for my sister in law a couple of weeks ago. Mo had unfortunately left her insulin at home (West Sussex) and was staying with us for 3 days. Abby dispensed one of the necessary pens and via 111 arranged a pick up for the other from Boots at the Retail Park. Thank you. Our weekend together was not spoilt

Recently went to collect a prescription and purchase over the counter medication. Initially ignored by three members of staff. Awkward wait. Eventually approached and given prescription and discussed additional medication. Lady asked questions, quite rightly, what it was for and told me cost etc. Shouted across to pharmacist for approval, to be asked again why I needed it. Very uncomfortable discussing this with other waiting customers. Then was told that despite having purchased this before they 'really shouldn't' sell it without a prescription, despite it being an otc product? When I told her I had bought it before was met with an attitude and 'well we are not suppose to'. I was made to feel very awkward and embarrassed in front of other customers. I said if it is a problem, I can go and purchase it elsewhere and with this the pharmacist said 'fine' and immediately turned her back on me. I left the chemist and once out of the door could hear laughter - extremely unprofessional. I do not intend to go there again. Went to Boots, purchased the medication, no problem.

I recently received a COVID vaccination at Wilstead Pharmacy, and I must say the service was exceptional. The process was incredibly efficient and quick, and the staff provided great customer service. I highly recommend them for your vaccination needs. I was made to feel very comfortable and reassured by all of the staff as I sometimes get frightful of having immunisations but the team here were very reassuring and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. Will certainly visit again. Thank you.
