Overcharging for services , I did not even know that was a thing , that they can charge on top of normal list price services. One of the postmasters there treats you bad if they don't know you. Cherry on top of the cake I had a prepaid return turned down because it was not " aligned " with parcelforce maximum KG. I went to ampthill post office where they accepted it and the parcel is already on its way to the destination country , according to tracking number.

To be fair though , the rest of the postmasters are always friendly there. It's just one that pretty much has that irony all over the place, if he doesn't know you.

Very much 'local shop for local people' vibe, pretty much open suspicion if they don't already know you. Post office counter especially so, got so sick of it I started going to the morrisons in shortstown, even though it's a bit further it's much better.

Post master is rude and unhelpful. I came in with a parcel pre paid. I don’t have a printer so I asked if I could pay for one here. He said no.I asked what could I do? He looked at me blankly andsaid “I’m not being funny but you should have thought about this before you came” great help “post master” won’t be using again.

Another private buisness who just overcharge for items you know are less. They wonder then why people go to supermarkets, blatantly overcharged and denied the true cost of something, granted it was only 90p but why? I won't shop there now and so 90p for the sake of repeat business
