Bought some cheese but instead of cutting from the block on display I was given a pre cut and wrapped piece. When I opened it the cheese was hard, dark and mouldy. Clearly very, very old and totally inedible. There was no date on the packet. I will be avoiding them and that's what I recommend. I tried to contact them via their website but the contact form didn't work.

What a great shop. Such a good choice of products. From cheese and meats to chocolate and cakes. Lots of sauces and jams. All local too. Lovely choice of different drinks to go along with them all. Will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend.

Just bought a sourdough bloomer from here after being assured it was freshly baked that thismorning, was so looking forward to it when I got home but it was rock-hard, could hardly get a knife through it! Very disappointed. In the bin!
