AVOID on a Friday!!
Normally - Mon to Thu - a great experience, lots of knowledge and a warm welcome from this Post Office - as that is when the regular employee is on duty at the counter.
Visit on a Friday though? Don't waste your time!!
Staffed on a Friday by a woman with ZERO customer service skills and an inability to read the printed leaflets produced BY the Royal Mail, showing prices and similar. Totally refused to offer a postal service that was in front of her in a published leaflet/flyer.
Dense doesn't cover it...!!
If you need a Post Office on a Friday, go to the one in Crook
