We do not live in the area so the garage is new to us, our Smart Car broke down with a faulty steering wheel lock. This meant that we could switch off the car but not remove the key, as the key was still in the lock we could not use the spare to key from the outside rendering the car insecure and therfore could be driven off as it would still start. A friend of ours phoned Willington Garage as they are users of it on a regular basis. The garage not only agreed to look at it but in less than an hour had resolved the issue and although we still need a part the car can be secured and driven. A great service with very helpful polite staff with a can do attitude. Thank you very much for your help and assistance.

Outstanding service today to repair a long standing problem on our family car.

Explained thoroughly what they were looking for when it was hooked up to the diagnostics machine, and managed to fit me in for a repair despite being very busy.

Helpful and friendly staff from mechanics to front of house.
