When I knew I was going to have chemotherapy, I was terrified of the possibility of loosing my hair and having to consider wearing a wig. The lady here, Kathryn was totally amazing with me and I didn’t feel uncomfortable or awkward at all. She was brilliant and got lots of styles in for me to try. She treated myself and my daughter with kindness and understanding and made something difficult very easy. She was extremely patient and also can trim the wig if needed. I got a beautiful wig and even went back for a second one. It was a very positive experience and I can highly recommend this service.

I’ve had alopecia for 43 years and discovered Wigs and Pieces around 11 years ago. Even though I have always dealt with them remotely (first from Spain and then from the south coast of England) they have always impressed me with their knowledge, professionalism and choice. I have tried other suppliers but in my opinion they are the best by far. I know I can rely on them to keep me informed at every stage of the way and they remain patient and helpful no matter how many wigs and colours I try before finding just the right one! I recommend them highly.

I am about to lose my hair through chemotherapy and wanted to have a wig ready beforehand. Although they are primarily an internet company they do one to one consultations in person on request. I had sent a photo of myself to give an idea of my current hairstyles and what I wanted. On arrival my friend and I were taken to a private room where Kathy had several wigs ready for me to try. She spent lots of time explaining the different features and how the wigs were made. I came away with a wig I was delighted with and some products to look after it. I was overwhelmed at the kindness, consideration and sensitivity shown to me by the lovely Kathy and would not hesitate to recommend Wigs and Pieces.

The wigs themselves were what I ordered, but the ordering, delivery and particularly the refund process were incredibly slow and the customer service was mediocre. It's been over a month since my order and they still have my money. I went with them because they were the only UK supplier of a particular wig brand, but I won't be buying from them again.

After being diagnosed with cancer my first thought went to my hair and how I'd loose it all and end up wearing a wig.
The lovely ladies at Wigs and Pieces made sure I got all the help I needed, taught me how to put the wigs on and even helped to pick styles that I never would've considered but I actually love!
Nothing was too much trouble and any little niggles I had, even having a cold head on a night (you don't realise until you're bald!) They had a solution!
Genuinely amazing service and can't thank them enough for making my little blip with cancer so much easier!
Highly recommended to anyone!
