Worst Expirience ever!!!
I purchased an Electric bike from Wido. I Have been having issues with the bike and decided to return the bike after 4-5 days of using it 2 times. They emailed me saying that they would refund £75 and told me to keep the bike, of which i declined right away. Since then i am still waiting for Customer service to get back to me as to what exactly they are doing.

- More like Wido Nothing!!

Update on 29/06/2020

The best option for returns is to contact your bank and report everything in detail. The bank will then start a dispute with Wido, and you will surely hear from the company within a weeks time. That’s exactly what has happened with my situation.

Please inform family and friends to never buy anything from this company!!

Ordered a casual garden table it arrived on time and at first look it was fine. However after 5 weeks with less than 10 uses the slats on the top of the table warped rendering it useless. I wrote an email to complain and ask for a refund I got an email to say they were surprised that it was faulty when it was ok on delivery in a sealed box? I told them it was fine on delivery but through minimal use had warped they offered me a 20% refund basically trying to fob me off. This company is to be avoided like many of the reviews here. I am still awaiting a 2nd reply to my email. Useless products and even worse customer care and service. save your money.

I ordered a fire pit barbecue on Tuesday 7th April for delivery on Thursday the 9th April in time for the Easter holidays as we are on lockdown I thought I could do a barbecue for my daughters birthday on Easter Sunday. There were several options to get a barbecue on time I however chose Wido.

I paid by PayPal and did expect to receive a tracking number. Thursday come and went as did Saturday and Sunday, I received an email on Monday saying she was unable to track my item so thinks it was lost in transit and would I like a replacement or refund! I advised I wanted my item.

I have emailed several times through eBay and once through their site saying order please contact me. I had a reply when I put order Hower nothing on eBay even though I have opened a dispute! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOUR GOODS FROM WIDO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT! my current situation is the hold my money I have had no goods or reply’s to
My emails! Shame on you Hayley!

The experience I have had with Wido has been excellent. Unfortunately there were problems with the product (bunk beds) which the customer service department offered all the help they could. Eventually I rectified the faults myself and am very pleased with the end product. On top of this they have offered a 20% refund as compensation for my inconvenience. This has been great Customer Service.

If I got do a zero star I would . The items were of very terrible poor quality and damaged . Well guess but cheap but twice with extra cost . After arranging a return I am still awaiting my refund and you matter how long you hold on the phone no one ever answers .

This company needs reviewing , I am all for supporting small business however as I small business owner this company has caused me losses and stresses which are just unjustified to have occurred.

Family member bought space heater. Within a couple of weeks broke down. Requested 2spare parts to repair heater but denied spares as they don’t supply spare parts. Perhaps they should ensure their merchandise is of a serviceable quality before selling anything. Don’t buy anything from them. Read large majority of other reviews they all agree. Rubbish company.

Dreadful service, be very careful using this Company.
Received the parcel 7 days ago, notified them box was open along its length provided photo's 2 days later notified them of damaged parts, requested a return form as there was no paperwork with the parcel. 7 days later still no response from them.
Would Not recommend at all.

KF100 Electric Facial Couch...Terrible!!!

Originally purchased a KF100 Electric Facial Couch in Oct 2018 and found it to be faulty upon unpacking nearly a year later (delayed start to opening small home based salon). Customer Service Dept initially slow to respond but then had the pleasure of dealing with Dec who was excellent & organised a replacement - great customer service from Dec! New couch delivered Oct 2019 and has had very minimal use due to other work commitments and Covid 19 (used around 3 times to practice treatments). Changed the position of the couch to the seat position in June 2020 and the lower section of the couch became detached from the mid section - the thin plywood forming the base had cracked and a hinge had entirely snapped off (see photos). This couch is very poorly made, the plywood forming the base is less than 1cm thick & entirely inadequate. The couch comes with basic assembly instructions and no instruction manual or fire safety label. After waiting over 2 weeks for a response from WIDO Customer Service, I've just been advised that I will not receive a replacement as my warrenty has apparently expired (1 year from date of original purchase, not from the delivery of this item 8 months ago). Will now have to pursue the legal route. Strongly advise not to purchase.
