My friend, maybe you suffer from amnesia? I wrote this review about 40 mins after visiting you and you have forgotten already? Or maybe you are just being evasive? That's not a respectable trait my friend.
As you well know, you called your female manager on the phone, then ask me to explain to her what i wanted.
Anyway, I've since been to Kesgrave, Penzance road post office. They processed it without any fuss.

Useless! I went in to apply for vehicle tax exemption (for a historic vehicle). I had with me all the relevant paperwork, v5c, v11, v112, but the guy had no idea what i was even asking for, so he called his manger and i explained to her but, surprise surprise, she didn't know what to do either. Eventually i was told to try a different post office...Maybe one where they actually know how to do their jobs?

Had a heavy parcel that I needed ASAP, I rang the post office and she held it for me so I could collect this morning instead of having to wait for the postie (plus I felt bad at how heavy it was) and they done it for me absolutely no problems! I found this so helpful because barely any other service will do this !! Really lovely lady on the phone as well! 10/10 service, polite & efficient!!

I have visited many times and have never had anything except good service even during pandemic
Very helpful team.
Could nearer my home but never the same pleasant helpful staff..you could teach Saxmundham a thing or two...well the male in particular rude man
