Click and collect nightmare again , they've took sign down for click and collect so qued for normal till then after waiting 10 mins got to front and told to go where click and collect sign used to be !! no one to sort order poor young girl worker was being harassed by older staff members who are not very nice at all always look angry and no interaction with customers whatever you do don't have 2 click and collect orders at the same time as they have a melt down and make sure you have the pin ready in 0.5 seconds if they have to wait they don't like it and get very passive aggressive. Wickes you need to sort the staff here it's got really bad now

It has a great range of products for DIY and gardening. The prices are MUCH cheaper than other local DIY chains. There is disabled access and plenty of car parking outside.

Appalling customer service. We asked if we could get help with loading some slabs onto the trolley due to the poor health of my father.
I asked if we could get a forklift organised to lift the pallet down, I had an extremely blunt "I'm not getting a forklift for that" he then cut the strap holding the slabs and walked off.
So I had to lift them down from height while climbing onto the shelves to get the slabs in turn dropping one onto my hand.
I am in 2 minds to call HSE, but we will see what response we get first.
If you would like to check your CCTV this happened around 10.10am on 19/12/24, to validate everything said.

Bathroom installation a disaster from start to finish,once they had the money didn't care 8.5k and left the job of an elderly lady with no hot water or heating.
Plan didn't fit, fitter didn't survey in a competent manner, no communication from anyone

around I find it deals with self employed, prices a bit higher but good quality.
