Not the easiest store to navigate around to find what you want. There was also only one till manned so there was a big queue to pay.

Till staff was rude and accused me of arguing over saving £3 with my trade card app when I couldn't produce it due to a new phone.

I simply asked if I could get the money refunded if I produced the receipt, payment card along with my trade app.

I meet a very pleasant and helpful member of staff, who directed me straight to the item I wanted. Once I found it he reappeared and asked if he could help me with anything else. We had a discussion about insulation as that's my next job on my shed . I then paid and left .

The lady was showing around the bathroom section upstairs, named Elizabeth, was very very rude and inappropriate. She needs to learn how to talk to the customers. Don’t want to give this store even one star.
