Nice place for all your building materials, lots of choice in every isle. The timber stacked on end is a big no-no, lots of it is warped or cupped. The van parking area could do with a sweep up every night as trades often drop screws etc out the back of the van!. I'm often picking up shrapnel off of the floor so no one gets a puncture.

The women who tried to serve me knew nothing about the computer when i tried to order something for delivery i wanted building sand she wanted to sell me sharp sand then mot eventually i got to building sand then couldn't get my account right or phone number and couldn't tell me when it couldn't be delivered then i just left as got fed up with her so went somewhere else and got it delivered the next day so for the trade they want to train the staff better

Wickes DIY/TRADE outlet on the Riverfield retail park covers most of your DIY needs popular with local traders for builders supplies aswell as the public for the keen DIY,er chepest for most of your DIY needs compared to other nearby stores with similar items. Disabaled parking spaces are nearby along the front of the carpark along with trade parking bays by the Stores doors.

My local Wickes and the one with the best customer service.
Wickes products are always competitively priced and the quality is great.
Recently had an issue with a return and James the Ops Manager went out of his way to sort out the issue which was my fault and arranged reimbursement.
Recommended.
