Very poor, when first visited thought were rather disorganised with dogs and kids running round like it was a cross between a kennels and a dare care centre as well as lots and goodness knows what else strewn everywhere. However, at first thought the proprietor seemed professional and knowledgeable despite being led to some corner of the main auction room with junk everywhere for our consultation with her so called expert who was some old tobacco smelling retainer and who wrote down all his noted on random scraps of paper. The auction was a farce with items going for amounts they had not gone for when watched live, being told certain items had not made reserve only to be offered a lower amount post auction which were suddenly bumped up when told we wished to take home. But then this followed by the woman we'd been quite impressed with holding out goods hostage when we wished to remove and was very very rude and condescending. Avoid this very dodgy bunch of cranks

Great people incredibly friendly and approachable.
My purchases were all assembled together ready for me to collect saving a great deal of time. Ed also loaded the van for me. Thank you !

Do not bid based on photos and description. I bought an item based on a description as "good", and 3 photos.
The photos didn't show the damaged corner, and the auction house insisted that, like a book, it could be "good" and damaged.
Repeatedly told me to inspect things in person before bidding or accept damaged goods.
