I’d give zero stars if possible!

Had an item sent to the shop via InPost.
It wasn’t scanned upon arrival to their store. Hence the tracking information and collection code not being available to me.

Has to liaise with InPost; who advised me to go down and speak to them and ask them to locate my parcel, with my name and address.
They were short tempered, rude and laughed at me. As well as lying, stating the parcel had been sent back to the seller.
Will not use their shop for anything ever again.

So rude it’s unbelievable. Not sure why he offers parcel collection services, everytime I go there I get “barcode” barked at me acts like he’s doing me a favour. I normally would buy something out of courtesy. Definitely Zero Stars

Really good service and the staff are extremely friendly. A family run store the guy who runs is super attentive and is always friendly. All the items are fairly priced and you can always guarantee you can get what you need. I highly recommend and I give them 10 stars.

Refused to serve me an item for 50p with a £5 note because he suspected I needed change for the launderette. He didn’t say “I don’t have change”. He said “I’m not serving you because you’re going to use the change for the launderette”. What an absolute joke! Refusing business because he suspects I will use my change in a way he doesn’t like me using my own money!

Not the friendliest, can’t buy a chocolate bar or sweet with a fiver. Has a minimum amount before you can use a card! Just walk 5mins and go to Morrisons!
