Our guide was Thomas, and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to show us the cave as well as its interesting features.
We will be returning when the water levels and higher and the waterfalls in the cave are more active

The cave itself is fascinating, filled with cool formations and fossils, and with an interesting history. The walk is 1 mile in total and has areas with a wet floor, very low ceiling, and lots of steps but definitely well worth it for the history and formations

Wouldn't regret the visit. Friendly staff and patience with people and young children.
Remember there are a lot of tight and narrow passes.
A lot of places, have to bend and walk. Helmet banged a lot of times to the rocks above.
Shoes can get dirty.
Very nice gift shop.

Brilliant and interesting cave. Our guide was Tim who was fabulous. Very knowledgeable but not boring if you know what I mean! Obviously as it’s a cave it does get a bit chilly so take a coat. The cafe has the most fabulous view.

Just been to Ingleton for a little break and visited the caves as not been since a child.

WOW ! Got to say we was very pleased a very informative tour by Mark who explained everything & more and was more than helpful all the way round making sure that everyone was happy with everything.

I’d as I say not been since a child and only done the short tour as you couldn’t fully enter the cave, but now with the new tunnels it surely does make a big difference 1 mile under ground and 80 minutes to do it it we took slightly longer as we wanted to look at everything. We had tried 3 times previously but due to weather conditions couldn’t but this time on one of the hottest days of the year so far was more than happy well worth the wait.

Keep up the good work

Probably a surprised last min visit for us enroute to Hawes and it was a pleasant trip. Might be a lil challenging for those who are not so fit but its nothing to worry about!

Recently made an impromptu visit to these fabulous caves as I travelled through the village. This quick decision meant another lady could also do the tour as she had been waiting in the car park for someone else to arrive so that the tour could be done (I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason)
Tracie, our tour guide, was full of facts and interesting information about the history of the caves, the stone, the transformation of the rocks, the fossils going back millions of years and the surrounding area. A much enjoyed experience.

Since being extended in 1990, White Scar has become the country's largest show cave, offering a mile-long trip in and out of tunnels and caverns, featuring all manner of rock formations and even fossils. Our expert guide was full of facts, digging deep and making a special effort to explain everything to visitors from overseas. Friendly and welcoming cafe staff and some good souvenir opportunities in the shop too.

We go to White Scar Caves every year to see Santa. It’s a really wonderful experience for all of us.

The owners and staff are warm, friendly and accommodating and could not be more welcoming.

The decorations in the cave and the building are spectacular!

It’s great value for money too!

We’ve also done the tour a couple of times with friends and that’s brilliant too.
