After visiting other bridal boutiques in Norwich, I was beginning to give up hope on finding the wedding dress for me - until I stepped into White Reflections to try on the beautiful Chloe dress by Shikoba, which I had spied on their website.

From the moment I set foot into White Reflections, Holly and Carol made me feel so welcome and cared for. They have a gorgeous and unique selection of dresses, so if you haven't found 'the one' elsewhere, try here!

I really appreciated the private curtained area for getting changed in - I had uncomfortable experiences in other bridal boutiques, but Holly and Carol let me get on with putting on the dresses in privacy until I was ready for an extra pair of helping hands.

I never felt rushed or pressured when trying dresses on, and H & C always gave honest and helpful advice, as well as amazing energy and positive vibes.

They were really accommodating with helping me arrange dress fitting appointments, even opening late for me to try on my dress when I ran out of annual leave days.

Alison the seamstress did a fantastic job on altering my dress, despite the tricky material!

If you are looking for a unique dress and relaxed, friendly fitting experience, I can't recommend White Reflections enough!

I recently visited white reflections to begin the search for my wedding dress. As this was my first ever appointment, I felt surprisingly nervous and apprehensive, from the first interaction from Holly and Carol I knew I was in safe hands and all the worries went away.
It was a relaxed and comfortable environment with a range of truly incredible dresses, I tried on a number of dresses and it really helped me figure out what I wanted from a dress. Holly and Carol are the coolest Mumma/daughter duo who just want to help you feel your absolute best for you big day. Whilst I didn’t end up getting my wedding dress from here, I wanted to leave a review and say if you’re after something a little different, I would highly recommend going to see them. The VEILS and DRESSES are out of this world 💞✨🌸

Can't recommend enough! I had such a wonderful experience at White Reflections when choosing my wedding dress - Carol and Holly are so warm and friendly, they instantly make you feel at home which is so important, as choosing a dress can be really overwhelming. I came to Norwich all the way from London to find my dream dress, and am so glad I made the trip. The showroom is gorgeous, the dresses are beautiful especially if you're looking for boho bride vibes, and the service was fantastic - more like two supportive friends! My visit to White Reflections was the best and most joyful dress shopping experience. I am a high street size 14 and there were lots of dresses which either fit or were easy to adjust and Holly always made sure I looked and felt my best. They were so encouraging and just wonderful to work with. As someone who was really nervous about dress shopping, I cannot thank White Reflections enough for such a good experience.

Carol and Holly are total Angels! I was totally dreading wedding dress shopping but they made it one of the best experiences of the wedding process.
The shop is stunning and their selection of dresses is second to none! They have to best designers and if you are looking for something a little different, these dresses will not disappoint!
Carol and Holly are warm, friendly, totally knowledgeable and will put you totally at ease! They will encourage you to try styles that may push your comfort zone boundaries but are completely honest about what will and won’t work for you, so you are left feeling totally confident in your choice. They are patient, kind and all round total babes!
I loved my visits to white reflections and travelled over 7hrs both ways to the shop but when you find the one, it’s worth the trip! I came for a dress but left feeling like I’d gained two friends.
I would give them 100 stars if I could!

My dream dress was found at White Reflections! I found their account via Vinted, but Holly was extremely helpful in communications despite me not being nearby. The Rue de Seine dress was sent to me promptly, packaged carefully and with a new slip ordered from the designer. Thank you so much!

Holly and Carol, aka the best bridal shop owners in the whole of Norfolk!
I don’t know where to begin with these two because a 5 star review and a few words just doesn’t explain how awesome they are.
I was looking for an alternative style dress for my July wedding, knowing that I didn’t want just a white, traditional wedding dress.
After some searching, I found White Reflections, and the rest is history!
Holly and Carol really couldn’t make you feel any more welcome if they tried. With cups of tea, a listening ear and lots of encouragement I tried on so many of their gorgeous dresses (mostly because of how totally irresistible they all are). The brands, styles and colours they stock are just out of this world and so hard to come by in any other bridal shop in the UK let alone Norfolk! We all knew the Rafia in Sienna colour wave by Rue de Seine was the one for a while, but the ladies were patient with me just trying on a few more to know for certain. The process of having adjustments made was so easy with their super talented seamstress taking up some length and adjusting the straps for me. On my wedding day my dress was easily the star of the show, with every guest saying how gorgeous and unique it was. I felt so comfortable and confident in the dress and you could even have a proper good boogie in it without feeling uncomfortable.

After struggling to find a dress I was feeling so deflated, so I booked white reflections on a whim one day and thank god I did. Holly and Carol instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable and their dresses and accessories are just to die for. The vibe is much more boho and cool and there’s no pushy sell like a lot of other shops.
