Beautiful garden centre, huge areas with so much to see! Great selection of both garden plants and house plants and all essential accessories!
The pet area is great with reptiles and birds, they also have chickens outside!
Lovely kids area with amazing book selection, and homeward section with candles and beautiful scents

The staff are all great, smiley, friendly and helpful

Never been to the cafe/resteraunt but will definitely go on one of my future visits!

Well,I love garden centres and especially Whilton Locks Garden Village ?
Everythings is beautiful there,beautiful plants,furnitures,pots,hanging baskets and much more.
Last time I went there,I bought a few hanging baskets,large pot and a gorgeous Hydrangea.
I will highly recommend this place

We visited to choose our Real Christmas Tree, outstanding quality and price and many to choose from. Very helpful staff to. Stopped off at Canalside Restaurant for some very plentiful and tasty soup and filled baguettes for our party and sausage for our dog!. Order was taken very quickly by welcoming and smiling staff and swiftly delivered to our table. Christmas decorations are fab especially the member of staff with the Grinch Inspired hair!. A really lovely visit, well done all.

A big shout out to CHELSEA ! Thank you so much for sorting the tickets for my Grandson to go on the sleigh ride !
The RAM was working against you , but so kind to phone me to say I see you’re having trouble , sorted it all out for me for such a special day for us all , and the advice given to go round the other way away from noise as my grandson is autistic ❤️
Really and truly this lady deserves recognition for doing a job well , well done ?

Lovely range of different products in the shop and plants outside. Great restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Nice pet area and food items for all your pets. Good sized carpark, and overflow.

Came here for some lunch whilst visiting family. Alot bigger than it looks. Absolutely loads of items for sale, the kids like to have a look at the birds and reptiles when we visit. Cafe is always busy food is very good although I had a shock when I offered to pay for my parents, wife and kids. Forgot southern prices were a tad higher than up north. Overall nice place to grab a bite to eat and kill a few hours.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Almost always find just what I'm looking for. Prices as you'd expect but you can get a good buy with their outdoor plant deals. Plants look very healthy. Good pet shop area.
Not yet tried out the cafe, but looks and smells good. Some nice water features available outside too - I may yet be tempted.

To add on to the above, we sampled the delights of the cafe and it must be said - top notch! Aside from the great service and very helpful staff, they gave us a whole menu of a variety of choices of GF food. I opted for the breakfast sandwich and it was very nice indeed. We will definitely go back - If I could add any more stars I would!
