Loved west wittering. A beautiful expanse of beach where you can lose yourself. It was quite busy but not massively busy and it's so big you feel like you have so much space anyway. There is a restaurant and cafe and picnic area. A big carpark and toilets. Highly recommend for a fabulous day out. I mean young or old the beach is always special. The views were amazing as well saw isle of wight clearly and Portsmouth along the coast. Will have to wait though for swimming as was still just a tad cold the water. The carpark though is expensive we paid 6.50 for about 2 hours, but worth it.

I was astonished at how good this beach is. Truly massive. We had a lovely day here. It is well worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

The beach is outstanding. However, I feel it would benefit from more eating places. The only place there gets very busy, especially during the summer months. Also when asking for a pastry and a coffee to take out, was told to get my coffee that I would need to go back outside to the outside counter, despite being told to go inside to get my pastry. During the summer months or hot days, this would be very annoying and sadly the staff would be the ones who would have to deal with frustrated customers. I got told afterwards that I could have got a pastry from the outside kiosk, but no pastries are on the menu or on display.

West Wittering Beach unlike beaches in the Hampshire and West Sussex Region has a sandy beach. It has a wide coastline with calm waves suitable for picnic and water activities. Only disadvantage is the pricey car park fee and unable to get drone shots due to local bye laws.

Sandy beach with convenient parking space and bars and food shops closeby. Writing this in April half-term and have to say the cleanliness of the beach and be accessibility makes it a very nice hotspot for families. Plenty of space and benches near the food area.
I could see how it could be packed in the summer so would recommend pre booking the parking and coming in early to enjoy the most of it.

Stunning Beach - 80% sandy. Great facilities- restaurant, coffee shop, clean restrooms. Very well kept, plenty of parking. Beautiful place to walk dog/s and get some fresh air..

Brilliant white sandy beach though cold didn’t swim but just fabulous and only an hour and a half away from Kingston the little cafe served delicious coffee had an ice cream
Clean showers and toilets and lovely fish n chips

Beautiful beach even in poor weather. Long walks are possible. Tide goes way out to reveal expansive sands. Dog friendly outside of summer months.
