West Quay Southampton has loads of options for all budgets—whether you’re after the latest gadgets from Apple, stylish homeware from John Lewis, or quirky bits and bobs at Flying Tiger Copenhagen. There’s a solid mix of high street staples, big-name brands, and the occasional niche store, so there’s something for everyone.

The centre itself is really well-kept—clean, spacious, and easy to get around. The signage is clear, which helps, but it’d be nice to see a few more electronic signs dotted around for real-time info or directions.

Only real heads-up is to time your visit well. There’s no park and ride in Southampton, so parking can be a bit of a pain if you hit it at a busy time.

Very smart shopping centre. We visited Waterstones and John Lewis. JL have a superb cafe on 5th floor where you can see cruise ships from!

Great place. Lots of shops. Love the book shop Waterstones. You can find all main shops in West Quay. And for lunch - just make your way to the food court

Lovely shopping centre! Visited today, lots of choice for shopping and food, I needed help amd couldn't find a help desk but a security guard (didn't catch his name) but a tanned guy, slick black hair) helped me to get to where I needed as I was getting frustrated and overwhelmed, he was so polite and walked me and my children to where we needed. Such a credit to the centre, he was lovely. We saw the music show outside which was amazing to catch this free event.

Huge shopping centre right in the middle of city. Looks great and loved the design. Spent some time in John Lewis and was able to find lots of stuff there because of the sheer size of the place. Great to come if you have money to spend 😁

Shopmobility not open on the Saturday when I visited. I can't walk too much so this spoilt my shopping experience. I was in alot of pain.
Not enough seats either especially outside where you go to the car park, I wanted to sit in the sunshine but the 2 benches were taken. There is plenty of room for more benches.
