I placed an uber order, just arrived, 2 latte's and 3 caes missing! I have rang 9 times, no one is answering. This is not tge first time you have messed up a order, how is it fair a customer spends alot of money but has 5 items missing. How can a member of staff miss items out of an order, why arent your uber orders checked by a supervisor before leaving the store? It is very unprofessional and poor customer service. I ordered 2 x bacon roll and latte deals, 1 breakfast baguette, 1 x doughnut, 1 x vienesse finger 1 x yummie, i only received 3 rolls, no drinks no cakes, they must be sitting on your counter? I would like the rest of my order or a full refund today please, you can obtain my details through Uber Eats.

Quick and polite service - staff deserve a great wage! The food is lovely and fresh. Salad inside the sandwiches are very fresh and great choice of white bread sandwiches. Excellent prices.

Overall good place to eat, but unfortunately they keep missing items on Uber. Every time I get it delivered there’s always something missing, most of the time it’s the snack on the bundle deals. But this time it was a pack of 2 sausage rolls (I ordered 4). Unfortunately due to this ongoing problem at the Pipps Hill location, I will not be ordering from them in the future. If your planning on getting this then go inside rather than missing items on a delivery. 👍

Ahhh the Salted Caramel Fudge Cronut was to delicious caramel fudge sauce inside as filling and little pieces of salted caramel on top definitely need to try this they also do a biscoff one
They have fresh bread and many more sandwiches rolls and pastries inside 😋
