I'm a first time porsche owner (Cayman), and having bought a pre-owned car i wanted an independent specialist to service it rather than use a main dealer. Weissach UK Ltd are local to me.

I visited without appointment one day and was given a really friendly welcome and tour of the workshops.

After that I booked in for a major service and 111 point inspection. There were a few items on the inspection report, which I discussed in detail with Tom, the owner/boss. There was no pressure whatsoever to have the additional work done, instead, a refreshingly honest conversation about which items were more important than others. I went ahead with all of the items, and now have a car that is like new.

The guys at Weissach UK Ltd are really friendly and show a genuine interest in you as a customer. They know the brand inside out and are honest and totally professional.

A great service, and the place for any Porsche owner who wants a more bespoke level of service and attention.

I contacted Weissach and the team as my Porsche had an engine management light on, it went to Porsche Wilmslow where it was in a queue for three and a half weeks to be diagnosed. I then got the diagnosis and I was told I would need £10,000 worth of work. I knew I needed a second opinion as my car isn’t that old. I called Weissach, actually I emailed them, they were back to me within the day. In two days a van came to pick my car up as I didn’t want to drive it with an engine management light on. Less than a week later I picked my car up and paid £1,200. They investigated the problem found and fixed the problem and didn’t suggest replacing the whole part which needed cleaning.

I won’t be taking my Porsche to a main dealer again and only using Weissach. Such incredible work, a place you can trust.

I've recently bought a 2019 911 from my local Porsche Centre. I had concerns about the engine from the second week or so of ownership. I had raised them with the Porsche Centre but was advised that everything was fine. A few months (and around 4000 miles later) the car developed and engine fault and the team at Porsche determined it was a faulty fuel injector. They did a great job with the repair, and the car has been driving really well since, but I've developed concerns as to whether any lasting damage has happened prior to the repair.

I called Weissach UK today to see if they provided a service where they could take a look at the car and give me their objective assessment. Tom was incredibly helpful and candid with his advice. Although Weissach UK do provide an inspection service, Tom was honest to say that it wouldn't give me the information that I was looking for, and that it wouldn't be ethical to sell me the service. Instead, he took time out of his day to give me some excellent advice on how to approach the dealership with my concerns and to give me the benefit of his experience.

Whilst I'm not a paying customer of Weissach UK at this point, I definitely will be going forwards. I thoroughly appreciate a person and company who stand by their reputation and who take the approach of 'my word is my bond' and who value their customers (even the ones who haven't paid for anything just yet!).

Could not recommend Weissach UK enough. They were quick and helpful getting my vehicle recovered (to which Porsche Chester were not). My 991.2 GTS has had a lot of work done to it. Brand new turbos x2, oil lines and brand new rear brake discs and pads. The mechanics on site are always open and completely honest and I think that is the way to be. All other staff are always very friendly and definetely know their customers! Anyone who has turbo issues with their turbos on their 991.2 Generation whether it be Carrera, Carrera S, or GTS, these guys will help you out! I would only add Porsche needs to come out or someone in the specialist market to solve this problem permanently - as it hasn't been looked at seriously yet as the 991.2 generation is looked at as fairly new but definitely getting on a bit! A comparison to the 992 and what has been changed using the same engine would be massively helpful not only to me but owners all over the world. (as I don't believe this has been done in detail before at all - anywhere and would be well worth the time).

After a phone call after the work had been completed, Tom, even agreed to dropping off the Car to my house in Tarporley. These little touches absolutely give the customer a positive feeling to a business (and mean the most to me personally) and make recommendable and for me to return in the future and whoever I know who has issues with Porsche cars.

Anyway highest regards to Tom and how he has built the business to such a high standard and his team of mechanics, they are top notch (mechanics are honest and very friendly) and I can only highly commend and I have enjoyed visiting their garage and seeing my car and the others they have - well worth a visit on its own as a car enthusiast!

Weissach's car collection service / trailer guy also deserves a big mention - a lovely guy who couldn't do more more for you in whatever situation you are in. Always brilliant no matter what the collection circumstances he is always happy to do anything. A highly commendable part of the business.
