Arrived at the Burton store quite nervous as I wasn’t sure what I wanted and whether anything would suit me. On arrival I was greeted by Jess who supported me throughout the visit and provided a great service making me feel really comfortable and advising to help narrow down my search as I found what I liked and didnt like. In under a couple of hours I left the store having purchased my dress. The whole experience was fantastic and will be returning soon to look at Bridesmaids/Maid of Honour dresses.

Arrived at the Burton store and was quickly greeted and helped. Browsing was easy with no pressure. Jess was helpful, friendly and put me at ease, she also helped pick some accessories. Came to this fantastic shop on a chance. Last minute thing !
They could not have done anymore for use a week before the wedding. I'm currently sat in the waiting room. They are trying everything to help us out. Amazing helpful staff. Must give them a try. And yes we have one 👍👍👍👍👍

Went to the burton upon Trent store this morning where we was met by the most loveliest of staff. Our bridal stylist was Katie! When i say she made the whole experience she really did! I was nervous going into it not knowing what to expect with it being my first time. She made me feel so comfortable! I tried on my first dress and instantly fell in love. Katie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole time I was in shop. In other bridal shops they would tell you you look beautiful just to make a sale but Katie didn’t just say that. If a dress made me look older she would say which I appreciate so much the honesty and to make me look my best on the day! The most loveliest woman I’ve ever met! The overall experience was amazing start to finish!! Can’t wait to get married now! Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you <3

Having bought my dress pre covid and finally worn it after the 4th attempt to get married I can honestly say I have never felt so amazing. The quality was perfect and style, timeless (although I personally removed part of the material within the train as my wedding style changed). The girls in store were also so lovely and helpful and I really enjoyed trying on dresses that ACTUALLY FIT as other stores made it so difficult to see what actually suited me. Thank you so much

Had the most wonderful experience when I visited with my mum earlier in the week. I had zero expectations in finding a dress as this was the first time I’d been shopping for it. There was a huge variety of different styles. Katie was absolutely amazing! She asked all the right questions, didn’t rush me in anyway shape or form. Her knowledge was spot on and because of that she picked out the most perfect dress for me which I actually said yes too!! All the staff were so so lovely and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I came to wed4less with no expectations on finding THE dress. I was misinformed by people I knew that it was purely just a warehouse and you pick what’s on the rack and hope for the best. I had the BEST experience with Jess. She made me feel special and beautiful and informed me that I can pick from so many gorgeous dresses and have them ordered in my size and to even customise with any extras that I’d like! I tried on so many lovely dresses, all different shapes, sizes and styles and eventually I found THE dress. Jess knew exactly what I was looking for and was amazing throughout. Thank you!
