I didn’t quite say yes today with over a year to go, this was my first time dress shopping and I cannot get over how amazing and lovely Abbie and Rachel were 🥰 from the moment I walked in, they helped me find my almost the one dress!! They were so encouraging and understanding. For the first time in a long time I truly felt beautiful, thank you both for making me feel like a real life princess. I came in open minded not having high hopes, however my experience was so truly magical and I can’t wait to come and see you both again soon! I will most certainly be looking forward to seeing you both. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! 💕

We had a lovely experience here last Sunday. I was looking for 3 Bridesmaids Dresses and we were served by the lovely Safia. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and totally engaging that it made the visit a total pleasure. The dresses were reasonably priced and nothing was too much trouble. There is a specific area for Bridesmaids within the store which made the whole thing that bit more special than just being an add on to the bridal section. I thoroughly recommend this store and ask for Safia if you go! 😃

Couldn't be happier that i came ❤️ first time wedding dress shopping and Evie made it such an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Somehow she knew exactly what i wanted before i did, and found "the one" after trying on 3 dresses!! Would recommend to anyone searching for their perfect dress xx

Had an amazing experience. Came in with the expectation of just looking at dresses and different styles. I got greeted by a lovely staff member - in fact all staff interactions were superb. I was personally served by Sana, she straight away asked me what my vision was , style and colour to help me find exactly what I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable and took interest in what I wanted. After trying 3 dresses, the first dress was the best! I can’t thank Sana enough for helping me and making this experience a special one as I was very shy and didn’t know what to expect. We had very nice conversations too she made me feel like a friend rather than a number.

I left happy and confident knowing I made the right choice!

Visited the this store yesterday to choose a wedding dress for my daughter. We arrived as s party of 6. As soon as we entered the store we were at ease. The staff are ever so friendly and caring. We took a seat as advised, Jamy then came and asked my daughter some questions & then told us Rachel would be our assistant. To say Rachel was enthusiastic would be an understatement. She put my very nervous daughter instantly at ease...She was so enthusiastic and enrolled in our expectations. She brought the dress we had seen & that my daughter had fallen in love with and assisted her into it. She then came out of the dressing room full of smiles and asked if were ready. The curtain was pulled back and she along with us just gasped at how beautiful it was....Not only all that but she was funny, gracious down to earth and made the whole experience totally unforgettable . Great experience as a bridesmaid shopping with a bestie for her wedding dress. Staff helpful and down to earth. Happy to pull as many dresses as you liked, they have a small selection of veils and accessories also, and a large changing area. Less pressure than a traditional bridal shop, but they still pull dresses for you and help dress you etc. this was intended to be an initial first go at figuring out what style of dress she wanted, but she walked out with the one! so happy with her choice!

Absolutely amazing experience, I went in today and had Alex helping me, I can't thank her enough, she took the time to talk to me about what I liked and didn't like and what my budget was for my dress, she went at my pace and we had so many laughs and she made the whole experience enjoyable. I said yes to my dress and I am over the moon and haven't stopped smiling since.
