I’m very pleased to say that as I was getting busier as a sole trader, and I needed some help. Paul Franklin has made my life SO much easier and showed me a booking system that has kept costs to a minimum and freed up my time.

I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to computers generally, I would much rather treat a herniated disc (I’m an osteopath) than fiddle about with technology. Paul was kind enough to show me a system that’s user friendly and took me through it step by step. Not once have I felt that I was annoying him. (If I was he hides it very well and stays professional). I must have asked him all the questions under the sun, and still had to contact him when I manage to crash my system.

He’s always there for extra help and explains things very well. If it wasn’t for Paul, I would probably be paying a high subscription for something that I didn’t know how to use.

We used Webx to build a new website for our Athletics Club about 18 months ago. In addition to the expected "information pages" they developed an "enquiry" form where interested athletes or parents could request further details about joining and the training sessions. Depending on the options chosen (age, events interested in etc) these emails would automatically be directed to the relevant coach(es) for these events.

In the past 6 months, they have also developed a new membership registration system, where new members sign up online and pay their subscritions. Accompanied with automated emails and the extraction of the information into the membership spreadsheet/database, this has saved a significant amount of admin time for our membership secretary - the previous system being based on paper forms, requiring re-typing of information and maually created emails etc.

Now that the website and associated systems are up and running, we may look to make alterations to the information and the way it is presented. Webx have been very helpful in advising how we might do this and either made changes for us or guided us through the process.
